I created the Britsbarre Virtual Studio for women just like you. Busy, juggling a million things, and wanting workouts that feel good, fit into real life, and actually deliver results.
Britsbarre offers short, beat-driven barre and strength classes you can do anywhere. Each workout is designed to help you build endurance, sculpt lean muscle, and boost energy through low-impact, at-home movement that fits your schedule. My goal is for you to feel strong, confident, and connected in your body through workouts that energize instead of exhaust.
My story? I was a professional ballerina turned celebrity fitness trainer. In 2020 I became a mom, and working out in a studio just didn’t fit anymore. Between nap schedules, breastfeeding, and pandemic life, I started filming the classes I wished I had in those chaotic moments. That’s how Britsbarre was born.
Through it, I rebuilt my strength, rediscovered joy in movement, and proved to myself that you can feel incredible in your body even when life is full. I became pre and postnatal certified and have now helped women around the world feel their best through online barre classes that sustain you, not drain you.
Now my mission is to help you do the same. To give you short, intentional workouts that build strength, consistency, and confidence wherever you are in life or motherhood.
